What is a vision ? There are many ways to describe a Vision but when we start taking about a ‘vision’ in a business sense we are really talking about where we want the business to be in the future.
Steve Jobs once said – If you are working on something really exciting that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you through !
A vision could also be talking about your goals. Simon Sinek more recently talks about the “Why” Once we start to understand this concept all the other visions & goals should fall into place.
